What is My Critics?
A mobile app for iPhone and Android that turns the self-critical voice about your appearance into recognisable characters, and offers a supportive thought to answer each one.
Is it therapy?
No. It is a self-help companion for everyday moments. It does not diagnose or treat anything and does not replace a psychologist or doctor.
What languages does the app speak?
English and Ukrainian. The app follows your App Store: the Ukrainian store gets the Ukrainian app, everywhere else gets English. Every critic and every thought is written in both.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use the app straight away. An email account is optional and only keeps your thoughts when you change phones.
How much does it cost?
My Critics is a subscription with a 7-day free trial. The price is shown in the App Store or Google Play in your currency before you confirm. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. The subscription is for scanning and new thoughts — the thoughts you’ve already kept stay yours, free, even if you stop.
How do I cancel?
In your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, any time — or from Profile → Manage subscription in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that, your saved thoughts, reminders and widget keep working.
Who can see my thoughts?
Only your account. The thoughts you take are stored privately and are never shown to other people or used for advertising.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account (or Delete my data, if you never added an email). Your thoughts and your account are erased straight away. It does not cancel a subscription — do that in your App Store or Google Play settings.
